 Melt is a modern event space with a full bar and restaurant serving New American cuisine centrally located between many different neighborhoods in Brooklyn (Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene) half a block from major subway lines and easy taxi access and street parking.

Big or small, private or semi private, events at Melt can be customized for every need. Morning brunch, early afternoon, early evening and late night parties (option to stay late til 4am)

Large parties up to 65 people, the room can be rearranged, the tables moved aside or removed for guests to enjoy cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres while socializing.
Medium size parties of 25-36 have a choice of seated dinner or passed hors d’oeuvres.
Small parties of 6, 10 or 18 can be seated on the banquette or the center dining room.

All parties can be reserved with or without food. Food and Beverage Options available are:

Beverage Only:
A great selection of Beer (draft or bottled), Wine and Champagne: A selection that will fit everyone’s taste and budget, Sangria, served by the glass or in pitchers and a Full Bar with top spirits or utilizing the top spirits to craft innovative signature cocktails created by our mixologists, who do their best to achieve a perfect balance of high quality spirits, fresh fruits and/or herbs. We might suggest that you begin your event by offering one or several of our signature cocktails to your guests, followed by wines carefully selected to complement your featured menu items.
All beverages will be charged on consumption. Full premium open bar is also an option.

Beverage and Passed Hors D’oeuvres
Same as Beverage only with an assortment of fresh bite size hors d’ oeuvres.

Buffet
Pre-ordered dishes that would be presented on a few tables for guests to eat as much as they would like.

Seated Dinner
A la carte or a choice of a 3 or 4 course prix fixe menu created special for the event.

Since opening in June 2005, the restaurant has hosted many events, ranging from website launch parties, book launch, fundraisers/galas, corporate receptions, meetings, wine tasting, holiday parties, surprise birthday parties, family reunions, anniversary parties, weddings, wedding rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, bachelorette parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, children's birthday parties, baby shower, to name a few. We will work closely with you to select the menu best suited to your group’s taste and budget.
